How to diagnose and repair the issue
- Check each variant uses a unique product ID
- Group only variations of the same underlying item
- Use matching item_group_id within a variant family
- Review differences in size, color, material or pattern
- Confirm titles, links, images and prices match each specific variant

Do not group unrelated products just because they share a brand.
Check the fix
Keep an untouched copy of your source feed. Run the relevant check again, inspect flagged rows and compare a small sample with your store catalog. Merchant Center may apply additional requirements by country, product category and destination.
